For the next File of Top Secret, universes will collide and Top Secret will merge with the Kojima Productions Report - it's games company vs. games company, Spencer vs. Snake, Capcom vs Konami!
Ryan Payton, the assistant producer of Metal Gear Solid 4 (and host of the long-running Kojima Productions Report podcast) will not only be joining us on the next podcast, but we'll also be joining him. With Ryan joining us here in Osaka, this two-part collaboration will bring together two rival Japanese companies as never before.
As Ben and Ryan are both foreigners deeply involved in the production of AAA-titles at their respective Japanese gaming companies, this is a perfect opportunity to find out how the business of making games works in Japan, what state the Japanese industry is in, and about their experiences learning from giants of the industry such as Hideo Kojima and Keiji Inafune.
