Although being a 5 dollar-swinger doesn't sound all that great, in this economy it's just what the doctor ordered. To commemorate the release of Bionic Commando, we are happy to announce a one-week price drop of 5 dollars for the Playstation 3 version of Bionic Commando Rearmed.
I still can't believe that all you younger gamers have the chance to play a game this great for such a low-price but we want to make it an offer you can't refuse. This way you get the retro costume, bonus weapon, and other unlockables without having to give an arm (and a leg) in the process.
I've been lucky enough to post on the Playstation blog about the price drop and unfortunately the lack of trophies in Rearmed.
It's been brutal but there has been some support as well which is always appreciated. I guess you have to take your lumps for the mistakes you make and that is fair enough.

2. That was awesome that you were just straight up with them about the trophy's. It's that kind of honesty that i've been telling people about when i brag about BC. "Dude, this game has more fan appreciation than any game out there because of Ben and the guys at Grin and etc etc..."

Also, while we're talking unfulfilled promises, what about the extra challenge rooms for PC, that were supposed to be added to make up for the higher price? I have the feeling those aren't getting added anytime soon, either. Not that I mind, I would've paid 20$ for BC:R without any second thoughts... wait, including VAT that's almost what I actually paid. Nevermind.
Point is, maybe it'd be better if you didn't make promises you won't be able to keep.
