We're happy to welcome in another entry in the Bionic Commando cannon today with the launch of an ongoing weekly web comic, Bionic Commando: Chain of Command.
Hosted exclusively here on the Bionic Commando community site, Chain of Command is designed to link together the ten years that passed in between the original NES game (and the remake, Rearmed), and the next-gen sequel. What happened after the defeat of Master-D and the Imperials? Who does Nathan Spencer work for and why? How did he end up in prison at the start of the new game? And just what happened to his hair anyway (OK, not that one)?
We're adding 3 pages now to give you a sampler, and a new page will be added every Wednesday from now, right up until the game's release.
Continuing the international theme of this project, Chain of Commando is written by UK-based Andy Diggle (Hellblazer, The Losers, Green Arrow: Year One), with art by Colin Wilson (Star Wars, Battler Briton, Judge Dredd) and lettering by Jared K. Fletcher.
